Q: What is your address?
A: Our address is 801 South Harbor Blvd. Fullerton, Ca. 92832.
Q: What are your major cross-streets?
A: We are located at the corner of Rosslynn Ave and Harbor Blvd. Our major cross streets are Harbor Blvd. and Orangethorpe Ave.
Q: What is the closest freeway to you?
A: We are North of the 91 Freeway.
PAYMENT
Q: What type of payment do you accept?
A: We Prefer PAYPAL. All major credit cards (VISA, MC, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS), money orders, cash, and checks (we need minimum 14-working days for checks to clear).
SHIPPING
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: All orders are shipped within 3 business days via USPS and will be trackable. Priority mail shipping within the U.S. will take 3-4 days to arrive. Express Mail will take 1-3 days, depending on where you live. We ship via Express mail upon request; shipping charges do apply.
Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
A: Yes, we ship world-wide via Express-Mail. Shipping charges will differ from those listed on our website. Please contact customer service for exact shipping prices.
Q: Do you ship C.O.D.?
A: Unfortunately we do not ship C.O.D., all orders must be PAID in full before shipping.
RETURNS
Q: What is the store return/policy?
A: La Pachuca stands behind our merchandise and will be glad to exchange or refund your money for any item you are not completely satisfied with. The item MUST be returned to La Pachuca within 15 business days of the shipping date in its original condition. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
